Rajeev is one of the founders of Osource, a leading provider of outsourcing and technology solutions headquartered in Mumbai, India. As the Chairman, Rajeev defines the road map for innovation, delivery excellence and technology enablement.

Rajeev, in his earlier avatar, established and successfully ran a software organization which was eventually merged with GTL Limited. During his 3 year stint with GTL, he headed the software enterprise delivery function for GTL. Rajeev, along with his other colleagues, incorporated Osource in January 2004 to focus on technology enabled outsourcing solutions. With his insightful mentoring and strategic guidance, he has made Osource a formidable player in the outsourcing industry.

Rajeev is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost & Works Accountant, Certified Information System Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Deven is a co-founder and a Member of the Board of Osource. Deven runs the technology business at Osource. Deven's extensive experience ranges from programming and project management to managing software delivery.

Deven has over 22 years of experience in the IT services industry in areas of business management, practice incubation, service delivery, relationship management and business development. His strengths lie in visualizing and implementing innovative business goals with a breadth of diverse experience in IT services. He is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementation and driving the vision to reality. Deven also heads Osource’s quality committee ensuring that the quality processes achieve world-class benchmarks.

Deven holds a post-graduate degree in IT systems from University of Mumbai.

Sanjay heads the NCR Business Operations at Osource. Sanjay joined Osource after a 15 year stint with Powergrid Corporation. At Powergrid, Sanjay was responsible for the contracts & commercial department at regional & corporate office level. He has had extensive exposure to processing, awarding and execution of various multi-lateral funded contracts from World Bank, ADB, Japan EXIM Bank, etc. on global/international competitive bidding basis.

Sanjay was also part of national level committee, consisting of members from national power sector PSUs like NTPC, PFC & Powergrid, for designing and finalization of tender documents for global/international competitive bidding under multi-lateral funded projects.

Sanjay is a BE in Mechanical Engineering and pursued his MBA specializing in Finance.

Pankaj is a co-founder and a Member of the Board of Osource. Pankaj has played a pivotal role in the Osource journey from a startup to an established brand in the off-shoring industry.

His strengths include analytical approach and an in-depth understanding of the key factors influencing the growth and success of an enterprise. He has deep understanding of the mechanics required to effectively build a scalable operation at Osource catering to a diverse sect of customers.

Pankaj is a great believer in processes & metrics and has turned operational excellence into a key strength of the organization. His focus has been on increasing competitiveness, improving customer experience, improving employee engagement and increasing the depth of services.

Ketan heads the risk management, legal & compliance division at Osource. Prior to Osource, Ketan has worked with GTL and Ashok Leyland Technologies. He has also spent over 20 years with State Bank of India, one of the largest commercial bank in India. During his stint with SBI, he has had exposure to multiple divisions including branch banking, treasury, investment management and risk management.

Ketan holds a B.Sc degree from University of Mumbai followed by a post-graduate diploma in Marketing & Advertising.

Ram, as he is fondly called, is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience. He has spent over a decade in leadership positions for the human resources function at both, unit and corporate levels.

His experience ranges from employee engagement and talent management to legal, compliance and industrial relations in diverse domains of engineering, chemical, telecom, IT and BPO. Prior to joining Osource, Ram has worked with Greaves Cotton, NOCIL, GTL, Silverline and Polaris Software.

His strong industrial presence is backed by equally strong academics that have helped him become an expert. A Masters in commerce, a Masters in management studies and a law degree highlights his expertise. Under his proficient leadership and advice, Osource has developed into a people’s organization and a global leader.

Rajesh, with over 15 years in operations, accounting & reporting functions, heads the FAO (Finance & Accounts Outsourcing) transition & service delivery group at Osource. He has played an instrumental role in setting up the service delivery platform at Osource from scratch.

His main area of focus at Osource is strengthening the controls in the delivery platform and bringing in innovation. Rajesh is strongly appreciated by clients for ensuring an optimum balance between people, process & result oriented focus.

Rajesh is Chartered Accountant and Information System Auditor from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Suraj oversees the planning and continual alignment of IT systems to strategic business drivers. He is responsible for the execution, implementation and delivery of service software solutions to customers. Suraj also ensures the business continuity of Osource’s processes through IT systems. This also involves the monitoring of the company’s IT systems and enhancing their throughput continually.

Before joining Osource, Suraj had been with the Indian Air Force as a Combat Member for over a decade, wherein he was involved in Information Security & Software Project Development. He is Post Graduate in Software Engineering, ISO 27001 LA and CISA.

Pradeep, a Chartered Accountant, heads the GL Accounting, Audit & Tax Advisory division at Osource. Pradeep has spent over 15 years with the pharmaceutical, audit, tax advisory and BPO industry. His last role, prior to joining Osource, was with Cequity.

Pradeep has considerable experience in the corporate and indirect tax areas, as well as in the regulatory and policy area. Pradeep has worked with various companies on domestic and international planning, structuring business and commercial arrangements and in assisting multinational companies plan for and execute India entry strategies.

Sandeep oversees the operations and service delivery functions at Osource. Sandeep has been working on process improvements to identify key process gaps and eliminate non-value adding activities, leading to reduction in turnaround times, costs and errors.

Prior to joining Osource, Sandeep has worked on design & execution of SSCs (Shared Service Centers) for American Express and Pantaloon. He possesses in-depth experience in the Shared Services space and has handled large global integration & off-shoring projects.

Sandeep has also worked with Minda Industries, Duracell India and Max New York Life Insurance. He holds a degree in commerce from Delhi University and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration.
